Copy of your NID, registered phone number, and MFS or Bank account details.

Within 2 to 3 hours of submission.

Yes, domain name charge will applicable In that case.

11 FAQ How can I make payments?
Payments will be made into Selopia MFS or Bank account only until any other medium is officially announced.
12 FAQ How can I withdraw funds from my merchant account?
Merchants will receive the adjusted amount of payment twice a week basis. The amount will be sent into their designated MFS or bank account according to details that have been shared during registration.
13 How long does it take to ship products to customers?
Selopia shall maintain doorstep delivery in the same district within 24 hours and to other districts all over Bangladesh within 24 to 72 hours from the day of shipment. Remote area delivery may require additional 1 to 2 days.
14 How do you ensure dispute free exchange of packages among merchants and delivery service providers?
Selopia ensures that every merchant is on-boarded after signing a general agreement that has been developed in order to protect the interest of its customers and also to maintain an ethical standard among all its merchants.
